Paredim Communities, the company’s in house management organization, provides a vertical capability, strong local expertise and a hands-on approach via its a regional management structure that brings significant local market knowledge to each project from acquisition through stabilization. Paredim’s investment and operational philosophy is based upon acquiring properties within urban and suburban markets with significant barriers to entry, then developing unique amenity-oriented projects designed to provide residents with superior living environments and management services in each location.
Founder/Managing Director
Mr. Parisier is the key principal and founder of Paredim, which he formed in 2002. He is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s strategic development, acquisition, redevelopment and management activities over the $750 million in transactions since inception.
Senior Director of Investments
Mr. Schubert joined Paredim in 2018, and currently has over 25 years of progressive experience in all aspects of institutional and private equity real estate investment. He is responsible for the strategic planning, oversight and execution, financial reporting and investor relations of the Company’s portfolio of properties.
Senior Director – Operations and Leasing
Mr. Lemire joined Paredim in 2015. He is responsible for the oversight of Paredim’s property operations including directing the leasing, marketing, maintenance and operations programs as well as budgeting, financial adherence and reporting, leasing and marketing analysis and development, staff motivation and success.
Director – Development and Construction
Mr. Doolittle joined Paredim in 2011, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction and development field as the director of the Company’s in house development and construction group. He has responsibility for the development and oversight of the execution of the Paredim’s numerous renovation, redevelopment and development projects as well as input on the implementation of enhanced site operations programs.
